Philips PET7402/37 7-Inch Dual Screen Portable DVD Player with Car Low Price We installed the player unit for our (currently) only child, 2 years old, and it immediately made car rides more enjoyable. Setting it up and installing it was easy and quick. Image quality was excelent, audio not superb, but perfectly acceptable (Star Wars wont be that great, but Sesame Street is fine). My only complaint so far, and it hasnt been a problem yet, is the relatively short (6) cable that connects the player unit to the secondary display. If youre hoping to hide the cabling along the side of the seat, or even inside the seat, that probably wont be enough. The other problem is that theres no internal power, and no way to power it other than home or a vehicle (meaning, it isnt useful on an airplane, unless you manage to get a seat with a power jack).
